Arro Properties

The mission of Arro Properties is to continue to provide a range of rental solutions, including long-term residential housing, commercial spaces, and vacation rentals. The Company will maintain its properties in excellent condition and offer attentive customer service to ensure the satisfaction of all tenants and short-term renters.

Company Description

Arro Properties rents out residential, vacation, and commercial properties. The
Company specializes in both short and long-term rentals.

The Company currently owns two homes in Tomball, Texas. Arro Properties also owns a vacation rental located in the Windsor Island Resort community in Davenport, Florida, and a commercial property in Spring, Texas.

Arro Properties works with several service providers that assist in the administration of the Company’s properties. In Texas, Houston International Realty handles the maintenance and helps coordinate the rental of Arro Properties’ homes.
The Company's homes in Texas are located in Tomball’s Saddlebrook Ranch subdivision.

Additionally, the Company owns a commercial real estate property in the Census
Designated Place of Spring, Texas, close to Arro Properties’ homes in Tomball. The
Company rents its commercial property to businesses operating in Spring and
surrounding areas that may carry out light manufacturing processes. This property
consists of two units.

Objectives

The Company has laid out the following objectives that will underpin its future success:

Maintain the Company’s rental properties in optimal condition so that they will be attractive to tenants and vacationers.
Monitor the costs of similar rentals to ensure that the Company’s pricing is competitive.
Identify additional opportunities to purchase commercial and residential rental properties.
Achieve revenues of US$158,578 by the end of Year 1 and US$356,608 by the end of Year 5.

Keys to success

Below are some of the success factors that will contribute to the Company’s ability to
achieve its goals going forward:
 Establish contacts in related industries such as real estate agents to help Arro
Properties find new clients.
 Identifying additional markets in which to invest where there is a high demand for
rental property.
 Staying current about local regulations, such as ordinances governing vacation
rentals in the areas where the Company operates.
 Developing specific strategies for the type and geographies of the different
rentals that Arro Properties serves.
